FORGET

Forget the times he walked by, 

Forget the times he made you cry, 
Forget the times he spoke your name, 
Remember now, you are not the same. 
Forget the times he held your hand,

Forget the sweet things if you can,
Forget the times and don’t pretend, 
Remember now he's just your friend.
The day you finally decide to love me will be the day, 

After the day I have given up on chasing you,
I hate to see the one I love happy with somebody,
but I surely hate it more to see the one I love unhappy with me.

Ilang oras na lang at mag-uumaga na,
Pagiling-giling pa rin rito sa kama,
Pagka't tuwing ipipikit yaring mga mata,
Larawan mo pa rin aking nakikita.

Ikaw'y isang tukso sa puso ko'y gumugulo,
Kahit anong gawin ako'y litung-lito,
Tanong sa sarli bakit ba nagkakaganito?
Ano bang mayroon ka at nabighani mo ako!

May mga damdaming dapat na sikilin,
Lalo pa na kung bait ang paiirali,
Kahit pa ang puso ay nagpupumiglas,
Di dapat malupig ang isip na matatas.

Ganitong damdamin walang hahantungan,
Dahil may mga tao tayong masasaktan,
Ngunit kung sakaling may pangalawang buhay,
Doon hihintayin makapiling ka lamang.
